This is our second time at HU, because we loved it so much the first time we visited and we really wanted to come back, however this time we were placed in a tent at the end of HU immediately next to Arno. The location was not so much the problem, it was actually nice as we were listening to the river at night and it was peaceful, but the house itself was obviously not fully finished yet put in use. Everything was squicking, and the water pressure was low. It looks like they were built in a hurry, without so much observation to quality but rather quantity. We love HU and will for sure explore other HU's in Italy, but what's unique about you should stay unique, and you should devote to the quality. The new nice thing was the "relax" pool which we enjoyed. There is a supermarket on premise where you can buy prepared food and heat it up in the microwave there. Frequent busses that take you to the center of Florence and back. There is a safe where you can lock up your belongings, as well as AC Suggestion: To add a chair or something where you can lay/hang your clothes/other things on. The compartment over the safe is not enough to put the frequent changing clothes such us beach towels/swimming suits etc.

Check in was fast and easy. Our bungalow was clean, cozy and somewhat comfy. The mattress was hard and not really to our liking. The shower had good pressure. Everything was clean. We asked for 2 extra pillows as the pillows were someway flat. The evenings were quiet and it was a pleasant atmosphere: bungalows and campers. There were kids playing soccer, people were grilling, etc. the property had a very convenient market that had good prices. There was also a beautiful restaurant (we only had an all you can eat breakfast that was ok). There were also 3 pools and a bar with amazing staff. One in particular, Stefania and her husband who run the bar were super nice!! There was also a playground which my kids loved and a little, hidden gazebo with a foosball game. Across the street, there is a public 14 bus that takes you to the center in about 20 minutes. Great holiday!!!

Fast and helpful check-in/check-out: The process was incredibly smooth, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. Secure camp setup: We really appreciated the security system—access to the entire camp is restricted unless you're checked in. It made us feel safe and added a sense of exclusivity. Clean and comfortable rooms: The rooms were spotless, and the beds were very comfortable, allowing for a restful stay. Well-equipped facilities: We had everything we needed in the room, including a fridge and a safe, which added convenience and peace of mind. Convenient parking: We were able to park literally right in front of our room, which made loading and unloading luggage super easy. Great transport guidance: The staff clearly explained how to get to the city center by bus—it turned out to be simple and efficient. Highly recommended!

A much organised camping 20 minutes, approximately, away (by bus) from the centre of the town. A pleasant and informative personnel at the front desk, more than sufficient offered amenities, a super market and a restaurant into the vicinity of the camping. Forgot to mention the laundry and the shuttle bus service for town. I think it's an ideal choice for 3 to 4 days stay for travellers who want to caught a glimpse of Florence (an experience you shouldn't deny to yourself...) and keep their budget to a low level.

The site was very well set out and the bus into Florence was great. The chalet we stayed in was Ok obviously not first class but adequate for our needs. It was clean and there was a nice sitting area outside. The beds were comfortable and slept well. The restaurant was nice and the area outside had a very relaxed atmosphere. After diving in Italy you need that . All the facilities to our knowledge were very good.
